Hoop Classes

Hooping, or “flow art,” is for everyone, no matter what shape or size, and although I teach/guide the classes, we are ALL in this together. There is no “I” in hooping! The one-hour classes, which are appropriate for all skill levels, incorporate different stretching and core fitness techniques as well as improvisational dance and guided exercises.

The setting is casual and non-competitive and offers the opportunity for students to excel at their chosen pace. Subsequent classes review and build upon content previously taught.

Hoops are provided, although students are welcome to bring their own. Private and group classes are available throughout CT, NY, NJ, PA and abroad.

Hooping is a creative and inexpensive way to keep fit, and it’s far more fun than running on a treadmill or lifting weights!
